You will hold a strategic HR role, driving and developing HR processes that support performance, employee experience, and cultural alignment, while contributing to the "One Hitachi" dynamic within an international group.You will join on a full-time or part-time basis and require an in-office presence at our Champs-Élysées office.Purpose of the position: Participate in defining the HR strategy in France, in line with European objectives and standards, in a context of growth, restructuring and rapid change in the business, particularly in the IT sector.
