Arkema is looking for a Durable Goods Sustainability Strategy Manager for its Colombes Head Office.
- You will report to Durable Goods Global Strategic Marketing Director
- Perimeter is Worldwide, all markets of Durable Goods Business Unit
- Direct interactions with DG Global Market managers and BU SVP
- Durable Goods Business Unit Corporate Social Responsibility Correspondent at Arkema level.
- Direct interactions with Arkema CSR Team
- Direct Interaction with DG Global R&D Director
- Your future responsibilities:

- Build DG Sustainability strategy with DG BU SVP and Global Market Managers.
- Implement Sustainability strategy across DG (Presentations, training, Communication kits)
- External communication marketing sustainability
- Lead or help leading transformational projects for the BU on sustainable offer and circular economy with Business teams, Purchasing, R&D, Operations, PLM (offensive + defensive projects)
- Test & learn with beta-customers
- Monitor, guaranty execution and efficiency of the Archimedes (project PSA) at DG level
- Participate all NPD gate meetings and make sure sustainability KPIs are well taken into account
- DG CSR correspondent at Bostik level and at Arkema level
- Answer to customers' questions and expectations regarding CSR (such as questionnaires)
- Be the link for regional CSR contacts
- Be an active member of Arkema CSR network to express and support the needs of BU Bostik DG, and communicate to DG steerco and other stakeholder any updates and new regulations
- Participate to the improvement of Arkema general knowledge in CSR
- Define with LCA Team Manager priorities for DG in terms of LCA studies
- Manage the data collection within the BU to feed LCA studies, and highlight needed data improvement (SAP, )
- Communicate LCA studies outcome to DG steerco and other stakeholders, support to define the communication strategy with Global market managers and PLMs

- Strong drive from the Arkema Group and strong expectations from the Market in general
- Business oriented with regular visits to external partners and customers
- Operate in a Matrix environment (Markets/regions/functions)
- ACCOUNTABILITIES
- That Customers perceive DG offer as a leading offer in terms of sustainability across our 4 markets
- Arkema Archimedes (project PSA) maintenance at DG level
- Reach DG KPI in terms of Sustainability - Including SCOPE 3 targets**Profil Recherché**:

- The profile we are looking for:

- Engineering / Chemical or Management degree
- Strong appetence for Sustainability
- Experience in project management, LCA, business experience
- Requires excellent interpersonal, networking, multitasking and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills,
- Transversal management skills
- Fluent in English and French is essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to drive project teams, to track progress and to challenge results without hierarchical link
- 25-30% Global travelling expected
