The Directorate of General Services (DGS) carries out a range of activities in its areas of responsibility: it ensures the

operational continuity of the Organisation's activities as a whole and develops strategies for safety and security, buildings and

installations, translation, and document production and distribution; it provides support services in line with the Organisation's

needs and manages a large number of outsourced services. Within the DGS, the Buildings and Installations Division (DBI)

handles the upkeep, maintenance, renovation and transformation of the buildings, premises and technical installations of the

Organisation; it manages the outsourcing contracts for those tasks, contributes to safeguarding against accidental risks and

provides logístical support for the external offices; it is responsible for drawing up and regularly updating the Capital Master Plan

and the works programme; it ensures that the value of the real estate portfolio is maintained and manages all types of spaces,

including the car parks..

**Your role**

As a Technical Project or Maintenance and Operation Officer, you will:
implement technical studies, analyses and projects assigned to you by the Head of Operations;
supervise the execution of outsourced operations and services in the portfolio of projects, operations and contracts for
which you are responsible, with a concern for efficiency and accuracy, in line with the established processes and technical
methods and safety instructions;
gather relevant technical data and draw up technical notes, detailed estimates, calls for tender, specifications and orders;
handle, within your area of responsibility, the management of the related technical data and associated digital tools
(technical datasheets, plans, BIM projects, CMMS, CTM, BIM for maintenance and operation, etc ) as well as
communication regarding projects and technical issues;
guarantee the objectives, deadlines, quality and level of resources allocated for the projects or operations you supervise,
ensuring that they dovetail with operations under the Capital Master Plan or planned major repairs and maintenance
operations;
participate in the implementation of the different parts of the
efficiency, sustainable development, new methods of workspace management, management of risks and business
continuity, and accessibility) and in the continuous drive for improvement, in both the headquarters and the external
offices;
ensure transversal coordination of projects and operations with the other Sections of the Buildings and Installations
Division, other

comply with the applicable administrative regulations, in-house rules and procurement procedures.

You may be required to work on call outside normal working hours.

**What we are looking for**

You must have:
Academic background and professional experience and expertise:
full course of secondary education and a diploma in post-secondary studies in construction techniques (eg civil
engineering and construction, industrial engineering, architecture or equivalent);
at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of building work (construction, renovation, etc) and project
management, workspace management, building maintenance and operation management and/or energy efficiency and
sustainable development management.

Languages:
very good knowledge of French;
knowledge of English.
