At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 40% of all food produced in the world is wasted and retailers lose between 1-3% of their annual sales due to food waste, all of this waste has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.

The **Retail Technologies** teams at Too Good To Go are working on our new software solution, **the Too Good To Go Platform**, used directly by Retailers to track and redistribute surplus food seamlessly. This **B2B app**, connected to our consumer marketplace, helps stores better manage expiry dates by; detecting products that are about to expire, recommending what to do with them, and facilitating their redistribution (via discounting for in-store customers, donations to charities, or sales on the marketplace). This business app is already used by tens of thousands of store employees every day, and soon to be hundreds of thousands by the end of the year in several countries.

We're more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

**The Role**:
Under the responsibility of the Retail Tech Product team, you will proactively maintain and develop the existing relationships with our partners, the Too Good To Go Platform B2B solution users, providing them with the best possible service, experience and support.

You will support the wider team in the handling of our Too Good To Go Platform to ensure its effective deployment in various markets, which you will achieve by doing the following:

- Conduct training of Key Account Managers (and their teams) in every market for them to sell our Too Good To Go Platform in their country
- Assist Retail Tech Product Team in launching new features (training of KAMs and partners, communication, support...)
- Understand and pass on country needs to help Retail Tech Team further optimise the solution and answer the partners' needs
- Assist Retail Tech Product Team in implementing retailer's system integration add ons
- Support Retail Tech Product Team in working on new partnerships within the Retail Tech ecosystem to support integrations within the partners (PDA resellers, ERPs providers )
- Conduct product competitive and business intelligence within the Retail Tech ecosystem
- Monitor and analyse platform usage and KPIs
- Care for our mission: you are passionate about fighting food waste and the contribution it makes to the climate crisis
- A first experience in a Product Team is a bonus
- Terrific talkers (and listeners) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with any kind of functions within the organisation (from Tech teams to Marketing Teams)
- Excellent written communication skills
- A positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organisation
- A team player who is keen to learn, collaborate and contribute
- An affinity for working with data and the eagerness to learn
- Comfort in handling unexpected tasks, with a proven track record of being able to prioritise effectively
- Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Slides and Sheet)
- Proficient in English
