Depuis plus de 30 ans, les Internationaux de France de Tennis représentent un moment clé pour Sodexo Live Ce sont plus de 1600 collaborateurs et 40 points de restauration, actifs pendant trois semaines au service de l'un des plus mythiques des tournois. Du format self économique au format service à l’assiette haut de gamme, de la salade au repas chaud, plus de 11 000 repas seront servis chaque jour.

En intégrant l'activité MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) du Stade Roland Garros sur le poste d'Assistant(e) Event Manager/euse, vous intégrez une équipe de passionnés et mettez votre talent et votre amour du goût au service d'expériences mémorables. Rattaché au Directeur F&B, vos missions serons les suivantes:
**Quelles seront vos principales missions ?**
- Installer et préparer les espaces avant chaque événement (mobilier, matériel, signalétique, accueil, restauration).
- Encadrer les équipes présentes sur le terrain (accueil, service, vestiaire, technique) pour garantir une mise en place fluide et conforme au cahier des charges.
- Être présent pendant l’événement pour coordonner les équipes, répondre aux besoins des clients et gérer les imprévus sur place.
- Veiller à la qualité du service, à la présentation des équipes et au respect des consignes et des horaires.
- Participer au rangement et au débrief après l’événement pour identifier les points à améliorer et préparer les prochaines prestations.

**Quelle est notre proposition ?**
- Contrat : CDD 39H de 12 mois à partir du 18 août 2025
- Rémunération : 2 600 euros Brut mensuels
- Statut : Employé
- Amplitude horaire : Flexible selon évènement
- Taille de l'équipe : 4 à 20 personnes
- Travail le weekend : oui, selon évènements
