**About the Role**:
As Event Manager, your mission is to plan and execute Harmattan AI’s presence at major defense events and exclusive, invitation-only engagements across EMEA. In this role, you will drive strategic event planning, ensuring seamless coordination, impactful execution, and strong brand representation to support our growth and business objectives.

You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with both B2B partners and B2G stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of all trade shows, conferences, demonstrations, and regional events in the EMEA region targeting B2B and B2G audiences
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, R&D, and Executive teams to align event objectives with overall business goals
- Develop and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate booth design, build, and experience, ensuring brand consistency and operational readiness
- Track and report event performance metrics, including leads generated and ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up to date on industry trends and identify strategic event opportunities that support Harmattan AI’s positioning as a next-generation defense prime
- Support company events and team meetings as required.
- Educational Background: A strong academic record (e.g., Event Management or Business Administration).
- Proven Experience: At least 6 years of experience in event management and a proven track record of delivering high-profile events targeting B2B and/or B2G audiences.
- Complex Project Management: Avid learner with a demonstrated capacity to handle large-scale, complex projects, offering innovative solutions.
- Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality. Willingness to travel.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals, from junior members to senior executives. Fluent in English; additional European or Arabic languages are a plus.
