Regional Sales Manager (France) - Collaborative Robot Business
We are now looking for a **Regional Sales Manager** to join our team, focusing on the sales and market expansion of collaborative robots in the French market. This role will be crucial in driving business growth, building customer relationships, and shaping our market presence in France.
Job ResponsibilitiesTake full charge of customer development and relationship maintenance in the French market: Identify potential clients (including manufacturing enterprises, automation integrators, etc.), develop targeted sales strategies, and establish long-term, stable cooperative partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead the formulation and achievement of annual sales plans for the French region: Combine market trends, historical performance, and business objectives to set clear, measurable sales targets, and drive the implementation of sales actions to ensure the completion or overachievement of annual sales indicators.
Conduct accurate sales forecasting and inventory coordination: Analyze market demand by region and month, prepare scientific sales forecasts, collaborate with the supply chain team on rational stocking plans, and dynamically adjust strategies based on real-time sales progress and market changes to avoid inventory backlogs or shortages.
Provide insights for product optimization based on market feedback: Collect and sort out customer needs, pain points, and competitive product information in the French market, and put forward constructive suggestions for product function upgrades, performance improvements, or localized adaptations to enhance product competitiveness.
Participate in industry exhibitions and market promotion activities as required: Represent the company at relevant automation, robotics, or manufacturing exhibitions in France (e.g., Automatica Paris), showcase collaborative robot products, expand industry connections, and promote brand awareness.
Language proficiency: Fluent in French (both written and spoken) to communicate smoothly with local customers, partners, and stakeholders; proficiency in English is a plus.
Industry experience: Priority will be given to candidates with **1-3 years of sales experience in the automation, robotics, or intelligent manufacturing industry**; familiarity with the French manufacturing market and collaborative robot application scenarios (e.g., automotive, electronics, logistics) is highly advantageous.
Mobility requirements: Possess a valid French driver's license (or EU driver's license recognized in France) and be able to drive independently for customer visits across different regions in France.
Language bonus: Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is preferred, as it will facilitate communication and coordination with the headquarters' sales, product, and management teams.
Soft skills: Strong market insight, sales negotiation skills, and result-oriented mindset; good adaptability, self-drive, and ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.
