Internship - Revenue Enablement (F/m/x)

As a Revenue Enablement Intern, you will work in a very important team at Yousign: the Revenue team.
You will be in charge of ensuring that the revenue team (60 people) have everything they need to do a wonderful job. This includes trainings, enablement materials and tools to help:

- Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Account Managers and Key Account Managers achieve higher revenue, which has a direct impact into the company growth.
- Customer Success Managers and Customer Care officers ensure customer satisfaction and retention, which has a direct impact into the recurrent revenue of the company.

Revenue Enablement implies a collaborative work with a lot of teams in the company:

- Revenue: you will work with the whole team, ensuring that we are aware of their daily work, their needs and struggling points.
- Product: you will translate product evolutions into trainings and materials to ensure a successful go to market strategy.
- Support functions, like Financial and Billing, Business Operations,
- Data: you will update internal content from these teams addressed to the Revenue organization, to ensure they follow the process and data available.
- Marketing: you will coordinate with them to share the Revenue teams needs and make all the marketing resources available for them.

You will be under the supervision of Fani, our Revenue Enablement Manager. She reports directly to our VP of Revenue.

**As a Revenue Enablement Intern, you will**:

- Collecte feedback from the Revenue teams regarding training, coaching and resources available
- Analyze data related to the teams’ performance
- Update regularly the Sales and Customer Success playbooks, adding new processes or tools
- Update or improving training content
- Participate actively into the Revenue Onboarding organization
- Manage transversal projets

**More About You**:

- You are in a Master study and looking for a 6 months internship
- You already have a first experience in Sales or Customer Success
- You are motivated to learn and grow on a daily basis
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team
- You have a cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable personality
- You are fluent in English (your oral and written communication skills are excellent) and you ideally speak French, Italian or German
- You are based in Paris
