As a Strategic Project Manager, you will collaborate with the Head of Strategic Projects, Fanny, in order to plan and lead strategic initiatives. You will work with Qonto's different teams - Tech, Product, Compliance, Finance, Back office, Marketing - and will ensure transversal coordination between them in order to carry out your missions

**As Strategic Project Manager at Qonto, you will**

- **Set up new offers through strategic partnerships, **to enrich and improve the range of financial services offered to our clients: X-Pay, Inst SEPA, Direct debits, credit offers, etc.
- **Lead cross-team initiatives** - including customer service, marketing, sales, or HR - to accelerate our growth
- **Conduct market and competitive research**, to identify key trends and products that could be launched in the mid to long term

**Albertine**, our VP of Strategy
- **Her background**: Before joining Qonto, Albertine spent most of her career in Strategy Consulting at Roland Berger and then Exton where she mostly worked on financial services/banking projects
- **What does she bring to the team**: Albertine has joined Qontoclose to 5 years ago and has been one of the cornerstones of Qonto's success, including our international expansion (Italy, Spain and Germany). She was the first employee of the strategy team and has built her fantastic team, which now composed of 17 great talents

**About You**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)
- **Languages**: you speak both French and English, another fluent language is a plus
- **Efficient**: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- **Team player**: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- **Analytical thinker**: you have an analytical spirit
- **Conscientious**: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
- **Communication**: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills
- **Education**: you have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a Business or Engineering school**Perks**
