**Job description**:
Swan is seeking a talented and driven fixed-term Senior Technical Writer to join our Documentation team. We're a team of ambitious individuals driven by **clear communication and a passion for continuous improvement**.

We tackle complex challenges collaboratively, and our team plays a crucial role in ensuring our partners, their users, and our internal teams can effortlessly leverage our cutting-edge product. Our team owns a diverse range of content, including technical product documentation, help center, engaging partner e-learning, intuitive UX writing, and vital internal resources.

As a Senior Technical Writer at Swan, you won't just document; you'll be a key enabler of our product's success, directly **impacting user adoption and satisfaction**.

**Your mission**

As our Senior Technical Writer, you will develop and refine Swan's technical documentation, with a strong focus on our API reference. You will lead the content strategy for this critical area, working closely with the Documentation Team Manager to deliver a unified and user-centric content journey. Your core responsibilities include:

- ** Mastering clarity**: Transforming intricate technical details into concise, engaging, and easily understandable documentation for a diverse audience.
- **Driving content strategy**: Leading initiatives to optimize our documentation based on data insights and industry best practices, ensuring maximum user impact.
- **Crafting developer-focused content**: Writing, editing, and refining key technical assets, including API reference guides, integration guides, code examples, and conceptual overviews, while maintaining our brand's voice.
- **Fostering collaboration**: Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Support, and Implementation teams to gather essential information and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- **Optimizing processes**: Continuously improve our documentation workflows and standards.
- **Elevating team expertise**: Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their technical writing skills and contribute to a high-performing documentation practice.
