**Context**:
The Equipment & Module Spare Parts Supply Team Manager is involved in projects dealing with Furnaces, Modules, or Proprietary Equipment within the Project Services Department of the Project Operation Business Division, and reports to the head of the Project Services Department.

**Missions**:
Your main missions will be as follows:

- Supervision of supply activities for Furnaces, Modules, and Proprietary Equipment projects, in accordance with the contractual conditions of the orders.
- Supervision of proposal and procurement phases for Modules and Proprietary Equipment spare parts supply.
- Ensure continuous improvement processes and practices on supply activities for Furnaces, Modules, and Proprietary Equipment projects.

**Main Activities**:
As the Equipment & Module Spare Parts Supply Team Manager, your main activities will include:

- Definition of expediting strategies for the Furnaces, Modules, and Proprietary Equipment projects, in accordance with project requirements and schedules. For manufacturing, logistics, and procurement, expediting involves taking proactive measures to ensure that tasks, deliveries, or processes of material suppliers are completed on time or ahead of schedule.
- Planning and supervision of expediting and logistic activities for all the projects.
- Management, organization of the proposal and procurement phases for Modules and Proprietary Equipment spare parts supply.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations related to international logistics, such as Incoterms, export license, trade of goods declaration.
- Managing the Equipment & Module Spare Parts Supply team with a spirit of empowerment and promote the knowledge management.
- Taking on the role of Expediting & Logistic Coordinator when required.
- Through continuous improvement spirit, providing the relevant departments with the evaluation and feedbacks on suppliers.

**Knowledge and Required Level**:

- A higher education degree such as a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a generalist engineering field with skills in purchasing, logistics, and management. You should have at least 5 years of experience in the field, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Technical knowledge allowing direct communication with Engineering and Project departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP sofware.
- Fluent in English.
