Axens Project Operations Business Division (POP) mission is to provide advanced technologies, basic engineering design, modular units design and technical services to its customers.

We are looking for a Process Team Manager for the POP Process Department. In the Process Department we work on basic engineering projects and Modular Units Projects development for our customers but also on new technologies development.
**Missions**:**
Reporting to a Process Group Manager, you will directly manage a team of Process Engineers.
Managerial duties:
- You supervise the activity of your team's engineers,
- You ensure the management of the team for which you are directly responsible, ensuring in particular the maintenance and development of skills,
- You conduct annual and career performance reviews,
- You ensure the proper integration into your teams of new recruits (external recruitments, secondments),
- You regularly report to one of the Process Group Managers,
- You help managing the group in conjunction with the Process Group Managers, as well as the other Process Team Managers (scheduling, representing the group in various working or decision groups, etc.) and contribute to a positive group dynamic.
Operational duties:
- You ensure smooth operations for matters handled by Process Engineers in one area of technical expertise,
- Depending on the workload of the department, you act as process coordinator or project manager,
- You support project managers by assisting them in their mission, including attending meetings with clients,
- You take part in brainstorming about improving and optimizing work methods,
- You are involved in developing the Department’s processes in conjunction with other departments such as Start up, Projects, Technology and Technical Services, Operation excellence group, and Process and Equipment Innovation.
- You intervene, if necessary, upstream of License projects in support of Regional Sales Managers with regard to preparing offers for complex or high-stakes projects.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**:
You are a senior engineer, with significant experience in the execution of License Projects or detail engineering projects, customer relations, and/or have held management responsibilities in other technical departments.
You do not necessarily have knowledge of the Department’s technologies to take up the position. However, you will need to quickly develop skills on specifics technical domains, which will demand considerable personal efforts on your part.
A fluent level of English is Mandatory -Other language appreciated
