Executive Assistant France
(Hybrid Role / Home Office & On site)
As an Executive Assistant you will support our Country Manager of France based in Saint Denis, France. This is an exciting new role to support French selling organization at IDEXX.
In This Role
Your day to day portfolio will vary from Personal Assistant support to being involved with project management and event planning. In this role you will be responsible for managing a complex calendar, travel arrangements and overall ensuring a smooth & efficient day for our Country Manager and the commercial lead team.
**Your main responsibilities also include**:
Continuously follow-up with clients & the internal business to meet necessary deadlines.
Analyzing incoming meetings, defining priorities and efficiently scheduling these meetings with the right stakeholders.
Ensuring objectives, agenda points and outcome of meetings are clear.
Overall supporting a more productive and efficient way of working.
After your onboarding you will successfully help with creating a more efficient and productive environment.
Support in organizing sales meetings & commercial, marketing and professional events
Active participation to the office attractivity and activities to engage employees based in St Denis
What You Will Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll have a positive attitude and high energy along with a proven track record of managing administrative tasks within a global matrix organization. Next to that, you will fit in well if you can be described as:
Having excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to bringing people together.
You should be pro-active by nature, with a high degree of reliability and attention to time and details.
You are a natural networker, good communicator focused on priorities and an excellent project manager. If you’ve been working for an international team, even better
A solution driven mindset and the ability to multitask.
Fluent in English & French as pre-requisite.
