The **Global Early Access (EA) Manager **provides leadership and direction in Early Access fields (e.g., Early Access Programs-EAP, Named Patient ).

The EA Manager works closely with the EA & Patient Support Program Director by providing support as needed on EA topics (audit/inspection, reporting to Health Authorities, EA process continuous improvement through experience and opportunities identification, integration of legacy EA initiatives from acquisition, EA strategy for any new Product/Indication, EA initiatives set-up, EA Project Manager(s) on-boarding and mentoring, shared learning across GMA EA Group ).

The EA Manager drives excellence in Early Access and manages the:

- Implementation and execution of Early Access initiatives up to completion (all Therapeutic Areas/all products) with high quality as per Ipsen’s standards and requirements
- Supervision of Early Access initiatives when handled by Ipsen affiliates.
- Develop by Product/Indication the EA documentation (e.g. patient access form, order form, informed consent form, HCP responsibilities)

This role is critical for the operational delivery and effectiveness of Early Access initiatives.
