Technical Customer Success

As Customer Success Manager, you will make sure that MIMBUS’ customers are using its solutions properly and understand their utility for their training. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction as well as their success in order to increase the customer retention rate.
**Your missions**:
Onboarding:
- Train and support the customers in the use of our solutions
- Define an action plan based on customer objectives
- Provide all the documents and material they need (user guide, videos, tutorials )
Training and support:
- Recruit and manage a global training partners network
- Organize, plan and provide training to new customers
- Collaborate on MIMBUS ACADEMY training offer
- Participate in the design and creation of the training materials
Establish and maintain customer relationships:
- Collect and analyze customer comments and feedback
- Promote additional products and services according to customer needs
- Identify new sales opportunities to pass on to the sales teams
- Develop a customer loyalty strategy
Technical support:
- Report and monitor customer complaints
- Participate in the follow-up and processing of customer support requests
- Install and configure MIMBUS simulators on customer premises

- You are attentive to customer needs and have good interpersonal skills
- You like multifaceted positions
- You are resourceful and creative
- You enjoy team working, but can also work independently
**Knowledge and skills**:
- English native or bilingual is mandatory
- Excellent spelling
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Teaching experience
- An interest in virtual reality or video games would be highly appreciated
