We are currently looking for a
** Global Payroll Manager **based in Paris, Barcelona,, or London who will be accountable for the assessment of the current payroll processes and systems before providing a roadmap for improvement. This may include the selection and implementation of a new suitable payroll solution. The role will initially be project-focused, before transitioning into a BAU role managing payroll globally once the implementation of improvement is complete and centralized.

You will join the People Function and will initially report to
** Fiona George**
**, People Process Manager **who is based in London for the duration of the project implementation.

**What will I be doing?**:

- An assessment of the current payroll processes and systems to determine a roadmap to improve the current processes, which may include the implementation of a new global solution.
- Mapping key processes to centralize where possible on a global scale, taking into consideration the local regulatory and legal requirements e.g. tax and social security by collaborating with the accounting team.
- Creation of standard processes, including documents and work instructions
- Managing implementation plans and budget for the project
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, benefits & pension ( UK and Poland only) providers
- Investigating any payroll discrepancies
- Collaborating with the accounting team and assisting with audits

**What do we need from you?**:

- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment in global organizations.
- Previous experience managing payroll implementation for a global or international company
- Previous experience managing, setting up, and improving a payroll function or processes within a global company
- Familiarity with various payroll software solutions
- Preferably experience working in a scale-up company with experience of expanding into new geographical markets
