Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 150,000 people worldwide, including 2,900 in Marseilles where its head office is located. **THE ROLE**: Within the "Energy Transition" department, a multidisciplinary project team has been set up to meet the new regulatory constraints imposed by the IMO (International Maritime Organization) and soon by Europe. The Plateau IMO 23-30 team has both a support and expertise mission to support the transition of the CMA CGM group, both at the technological and operational levels. To do this, we must conduct impact studies, implement new tools and processes and monitor the progress of the teams on a daily basis. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Tasks**: Monitoring, steering and challenging key milestones of the IMO23-30 platform Production of presentations and follow-up documents for the various Streams Assist the Platform Manager as a method and project expert Change management and internal communication on the project **Expected deliverables**: Setting up and maintaining key KPI's Monitoring via weekly reports and daily follow-up Assistance to team members Weekly and monthly presentation supports **PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**: We are looking for an experienced profile (more than 5 years experience in a program management position) capable of assisting the manager of the platform, as well as the team composed of 10 business people and 5 IT people. **A good level of assertiveness allowing**: Establish a relationship of trust with CMA CGM managers, Generate listening skills and support among the IMO23-30 Platform team members, The ability to structure problems according to their nature (business, technical, governance) The ability to structure problems according to their nature (business, technical, governance), The rigor in project management and the ability to synthesize Advanced/current English Stamina, flexibility, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills **Technical and functional environment**: Business-IT project management Multidisciplinary program management A good knowledge of the Shipping business would be a plus Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure
