Vous serez responsable de l'animation, de la gestion et du développement des relations client avec chaque client d'un portefeuille de comptes-clé dédiés (25 à 30 clients) selon 2 axes stratégiques pour AIG:
- Rétention des programmes existants- Saturation sur de nouvelles lignes / nouveaux produits
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous aurez notamment les responsabilités suivantes:
- Définir et mettre en œuvre un plan d'action pour chacun des clients afin d’atteindre les objectifs de rétention, croissance et rentabilité.- Identifier et cibler des nouveaux prospects dans le respect des objectifs de croissance des différents départements d'AIG.- Nouer des relations de partenariat et de confiance avec les Chargés de Clientèle dans les Cabinets de courtage.- Être l’ambassadeur du département en contact avec le marché, participer à des conférences.- Participer activement à l’organisation d’événements “clients” pour renforcer le partenariat avec AIG.

- Très bonne aisance relationnelle en interne comme en externe- Capacité à travailler en équipe, leadership- Excellentes aptitudes à négocier et à s'adapter à son interlocuteur en toutes circonstances- Orienté clients, orienté solutions, orienté résultats- Adaptabilité, persévérance, empathie et sens de la conciliation- Autonomie et prise d'initiative
Compétences techniques et expertise:
- Expérience significative du management des grands comptes internationaux en Compagnie d'assurance ou chez un courtier- Bonne connaissance des produits d'assurance IARD- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
