As a **Campus Recruitment Coordinator (Apprenticeship)** at Mantu, you will play a key role in the development of strategic partnerships with educational institutions and Junior Enterprises to identify and engage emerging talent across various Mantu brands.

**Your missions**:

- Manage the execution of the Mantu Manager Program 2025 (+800 participants).
- Implement the program in other business units within the group.
- Align action plans with the strategy defined by the Campus Manager.
- Develop and monitor partnership initiatives with Junior Enterprises and student associations in targeted universities and schools.
- Organize and oversee events with partner Junior Enterprises, such as forums, trainings, and conferences.
- Report on activities to track key performance indicators.
- Engage and network with targeted schools and associations to strengthen employer branding.

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled in a business or engineering school, with a preferred experience within a Junior Enterprise.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educational institutions, student associations, and internal teams.
- Project management skills with a strategic mindset.
- Interest in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Deep belief that AI today is a historical moment, like the Industrial Revolution or early Internet
