**_What you will be doing_**
Our Puig Derma Global Business Department covers the development of the brands Uriage & Apivita all over the world.
To accompany our Regional Directors and our Area Managers, we’re looking for a Business Project Coordinator M/F who will contribute to the expansion of the brands’ business while coordinating or managing transversal projects, ensuring that the right execution of marketing, digital and medical strategy is implemented.
Reporting to our APEC & MEA Regional Director, your main missions will include:

- Participate to the brands’ development in Asia, Middle East and Africa by managing regional & local projects eg:_
- Medical strategy assessment in the whole region and digitalization of this strategy notably by coordinating regional Uriage Tik Tok roadshow for Asia & ME
- Implementation of regional events as symposiums
- Coordination of the product/sell out trainings for the whole region and of the medical training of any new exclusive medical teams and upgrade of medical visit when necessary
- Assist on key projects and key markets the Regional Director and the Areas Managers:_
- The opening of new countries or restructuring of existing ones and specific support of their medical strategy and executio
- The implementation of Web packs for some specific regions
- The assessment of the markets distribution profile in order to propose regional/local positioning and approaches
- Set up the relevant monitoring to efficiently measure advertising & promotion and extra budget of the key countries as to guide the region to the best ROI_
- Relaying the brands:_
- Valuation & deployment of the brands’ tools & specific follow up in key markets
- Adaptation/ creation of the brands’ tools when necessary
- Provide a fluid and qualitative communication from and within the Business division by:_
- Ensuring the proper interface with the HQ departments in France and in Greece, especially with the brands teams
- Contributing to animate the countries’ communities with proper contents, formats & agenda

**Profil**:
**_About you _**

With a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, you have a relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in project management in an international environment.

You’ll be the perfect match if:

- You’re used to managed a budget
- Excel is your best friend and you also feel comfortable with data base systems
- You are fluent both in French and English
- You have a positive mindset as well as excellent inter personal and organization skills
