In July 2022, we launched our **Pocket Champs** game worldwide which quickly became one of the top-grossing games in its category. In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.
This dynamic ecosystem requires meticulous coordination to keep our games at the forefront of technology and user experience.

Our **General & Administration **organization is in charge of all the aspects of legal, finance and human resources topics. At Madbox, people are at the core of our culture and to create awesome games, we need to create a safe and welcoming work environment

To continue making Madboxers shine, the team is looking for a Workplace Assistant that will keep on maintaining the best possible work environment.

**Your future responsibilities and scope**:

- Manage newcomers onboardings
- Animate the day-to-day of Madbox Paris' studio: breakfast & lunches, events, seminars, offsites, office decoration, purchases, food & beverages, game sessions...
- Be the main point of contact for every Madboxers daily requests
- Communication: newsletter, internal messaging, LinkedIn...
- Coordinate with various providers to maintain the office operability
- Collaborate with our accounting and legal partners to handle bills & expenses
- Organization of business trips

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Strong organizational skills and proactivity
- Creativity, energy & positivity as you will be a key asset for our teams' happiness
- Good communication and empathy skills
- Sense of service
- Ability to maintain an absolute confidentiality on strategic topics
- Good English level is required, as you will be working in an international environment
