**Reporting to the Lead Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in the Revenue team, advising prospects and customers on Yousign technical solutions.
Both tech-savvy and commercially minded, the Pre-Sales Engineer is the link between the Sales and Product teams. This role requires a good understanding of Yousign’s SaaS and API products and the ability to translate their value and capabilities to a non-technical audience.
**Your Missions**:
- Work in close partnership with our sales team during the entire sales process, being accountable for the technical win by providing your technical expertise and identifying technical opportunities/risks
- Communicating the value of Yousign to prospects/clients throughout the sales cycle, from technical qualification to proof of concept and implementation
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations of Yousign’s product
- Collaborate with Product Management to continuously improve Yousign’s product
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Yousign's product and technical capabilities
**Your profile**:
As a key position where you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment that allows rapid growth in a wide range of topics, you are required to:
- Have a a first experience in Pre-Sales or a technical client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment such as a start-up or a scale-up
- Be a great verbal and written communicator: you know how to adapt your communication style based on the context and are at ease speaking in front of diverse groups
- Be tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of how APIs and SaaS products work
- Possess a client-first mindset, knowing how to identify and respond to their evolving needs
- Enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment
- Possess a strong fluency in French and English
- Be willing to work from Paris, France (hybrid work-from-home model)
- Experience with a CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot is a big plus
