The Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll engage with incoming leads, understand their needs, and recommend the right SumUp solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for our merchants, helping them succeed and driving growth through consultative sales.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads and guide merchants to the right solutions.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative selling and excellent customer support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell SumUp products.
- Accurately log interactions and progress in our CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Product) to ensure a seamless experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of sales or business development experience; SDR or inbound sales experience is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to hit targets.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, payment tech, SaaS, or hospitality tools.
