Nous recherchons un responsable ou une responsable Food and Beverage pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez chargé(e) de superviser l'ensemble des opérations liées à la préparation et au service des aliments et des boissons, tout en garantissant une expérience client exceptionnelle. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion de la cuisine, le respect des normes de sécurité alimentaire et le développement d'une équipe performante.

**Responsabilités**
- Superviser les opérations de préparation et de service des aliments et des boissons
- Gérer la cuisine en veillant à l'efficacité et à la qualité des plats préparés
- Assurer un service client irréprochable et répondre aux attentes des clients
- Mettre en œuvre et respecter les normes de sécurité alimentaire et de manipulation des aliments
- Gérer les encaissements et assurer une bonne gestion des flux financiers
- Former, encadrer et motiver l'équipe pour garantir un service de qualité
- Participer à l'élaboration du menu en collaboration avec l'équipe culinaire
- Analyser les performances du service alimentaire et proposer des améliorations

**Profil recherché**
Vous êtes fait(e) pour ce poste si vous possédez:

- Une expérience significative en gestion de services alimentaires ou dans un rôle similaire
- Des compétences avérées en préparation alimentaire, gestion de cuisine et service client
- Une connaissance approfondie des normes de sécurité alimentaire et de manipulation des aliments
- Des capacités en gestion d'équipe, leadership et supervision d'équipe
- Une expérience dans le domaine du barista ou d'assistant(e) manager est un atout
- Un sens aigu du détail, ainsi qu'une capacité à travailler sous pression

Type d'emploi : CDI

Rémunération : 2 500,00€ à 2 700,00€ par mois
