National Sales Manager

**Job Duties**:
- The National Sales Manager builds trust by consistently delivering against financial targets and metrics that will reliably deliver results.
- Developing the organisation, the team and structure to be more efficient at Customer interaction with the right tools and processes to support continuous growth and Customer Satisfaction.
- Communicates clearly defined financial and non-financial objectives in support of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensuring commitment to the Financial and Activity KPI’s broken down by quarter, monthly, weekly and daily by everyone in the team.
- Develops and executes effective sales and service strategies which consistently deliver results in line within the annual operating plan; translates plans and directives from leadership into clear, prioritized activities in support of objectives
- Facilitates an effective account planning process to optimize available resources, ensure focus, facilitate collaboration and drive execution to new, lapsed and existing customers.
- Leverages established sales processes and management review for the business to ensure a balanced funnel and a prioritized process to drive focus on sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on regular basis.
- Collaborates with key internal business partners (Business leaders, strategic marketing, product management, finance, operations, HR, others) to prioritize internal resources, reduce obstacles, drive decisions and advance (accelerate) sales opportunities. In short, creative at problem solving.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- A track record in a similar sales leadership role with a track record motivating and leading a remote sales team.
- Exceptional communicator, both internally and externally, comfortable in dealing with senior executive to shop floor
- Experience of B2B sales with a distributor
