As part of our Sales Operations team as a **Sales Operations Project Specialist**, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders to develop and manage programs that drive organization transformation with measurable business impact. Your goal will be to:
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Questel’s sales teams

Coordinate business change management, value realization, and successful execution and adoption of key projects across the organization

In this regard, you will be involved in but not limited to the following activities:

- Oversee strategy, implementation, and management of Questel’s CPQ tool
- Collaborate with business partners to help shape functional requirements of the CPQ tool
- Translate functional and business requirements into an actionable solution design
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders; work collaboratively to standardize processes.
- Partner with and direct the CRM team to complete CPQ technical projects
- Lead solution design review and demo sessions with key stakeholders to confirm alignment on system processes
- Create and maintain documentation for sales tools, including creation of playbooks, videos, and training sessions
- Support the creation of Questel’s sales knowledge base and sales academy programs
- Improve sales content effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement in training program
- Assist in creation of communication between Sales and Sales Ops, including monthly Sales Operations Newsletter
- Complete other Sales Operations projects as requested

**The perfect match...**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or in a related field.
- 5 years in a similar position or with similar requirements in a company of comparable complexity and multinational environment. Familiarity with Intellectual Property business is a plus but not necessary.
- Fluent in English required; French and other languages encouraged
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
- Strong experience using Salesforce, comfortable with new IT software, and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
