Senior Internal Communication

**Transdev is hiring a Senior Internal Communication & Content Manager**

**Your mission**
- **Pilot the creation and deployment of the Group digital workplace **dedicated to the managers and office workers in the 19 countries where the Group operates, in close cooperation with Group teams (IT, Head of Group departments, HR) as well as Transdev country’s teams and the intranet external partner.

Manage the project during the build, deploy and run phases, the governance definition and compliance, the support to countries onboarding and their migration to the new platform, in close collaboration with the IT teams.
Define and deploy an efficient change management plan to support the project adoption in close collaboration with the Internal communications team as well as country communication teams
Pilot the overall evolution of the solution, based on stakeholders insights
- You will **coordinate the editorial content strategy**, lead the editorial committee and planning, and, more globally, be in charge of the regular, quality newsfeed contribution (production and curation) of the Group new digital workplace.

Create innovative, impactful content (editorial, video, image, audio ) to highlight and valorize the Group departments (in close collaboration with each Group’s department)
Collaborate with each department’s lead/expert to train and support them in their contribution on the new group platform.
- More widely, you will contribute to **internal communication strategic topics content production** and internal campaigns production (CEO messages, dedicated campaigns, Vision )
- You will participate to the **Group’s Top Executive Seminar organization** and content creation coordinated by the Group internal communications team.
- You will play an active role in **defining the internal communication objectives** of the Group's communication plan and manage or contribute to the implementation of its priority actions.

Within the Group Communication Department, you will report to the Group Internal Communications Director.

**Your profil**
You have a solid experience (minimum 10 years) in a corporate position in a similar role or in a communication agency with a strong focus on internal issues.
You are fully bilingual (oral & written) in English and French.

**The position**
We’re searching for an experienced Internal Communication & Content Manager to contribute actively to the development and implementation of our internal communications strategy and to deliver engaging content across our internal channels.

In an exciting period for Internal Communications at Transdev, you will pilot the development, launch and roll-out of the Group’s new digital workplace dedicated to the international teams in the 19 countries where the Group operates.
This new platform is a new step towards a more international, impactful, and less siloed internal communication with teams’ engagement and collaboration at the heart of the project.

Your role will involve driving strategic communication initiatives and creating engaging and impactful content dedicated to Transdev’s internal stakeholders (top managers, managers, employees).

CDI Full time - Home office possible 2 days/week
Based in Issy les Moulineaux

You have a strong experience in project management with multiple & international stakeholders and are committed to deliver.
You have a solid understanding of change management and experience in change communications for transformation projects.
Your ability to analyze and synthesize, your agility, your dynamism and reactivity, your curiosity, your interpersonal skills are assets for the position.
You know how to build a powerful communication strategy and have excellent skills in written and oral communication, a good expertise in communication tools (production of written, graphical and video communication tools, physical and digital events, administration of internal digital tools,...)
