**Kontext**:
Im Rahmen des Wachstums von IKOS und zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Schweiz suchen wir einen Junior Business Development Ingenieur für den Standort in Zürich.
Du wirst von Anfang an durch das Team und deine/n Ansprechpartner/in vor Ort eingearbeitet und besuchst vorab eine Schulung in unserem Headquarter, um die verschiedenen Aspekte und Fachbereiche kennenzulernen.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Geschäftsfeldentwicklung: Du gewinnst Neukunden, baust aktuelle Kundenbeziehungen aus und pflegst das Image von IKOS im Bahn
- und Energiesektor.
- Management: Du begleitest dein Team täglich, um dessen Kompetenzaufbau und Weiterentwicklung innerhalb des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
- Recruiting: Du rekrutierst dein eigenes Beraterteam und bist in allen Einstellungsphasen aktiv: Sourcing, Interviews, Onboarding und Vorbereitung auf Kundengespräche.
- Finanzwesen: Du bist verantwortlich für die Angebotserstellung (inkl. öffentlichen Ausschreibungen) und der Rentabilität der Business Unit.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Elektro-, Maschinenbau-, Telekommunikationsingenieur oder einem verwandten Bereich (FH/Uni, ETH)
- Du verfügst über einen ausgeprägten Unternehmergeist und möchtest deine Führungsqualitäten als Ingenieur weiterentwickeln
- Du verfügst über eine hohe zwischenmenschliche Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und weißt es, Aufgaben entsprechend zu priorisieren
- Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch sind ein großes Plus
