**Carrier Manager Intern (F/M/D)**
**6 months internship, starting in September, based in Paris**
**About the role**
Vestiaire Collective is looking for an intern carrier manager to support the transport team in his development (under an internship or apprenticeship). The team is overseeing the smooth running of shipments across all locations while enhancing the current process.
This is a role based out of our Paris office reporting to our Senior Customs and Carrier manager.
**What you'll do**
- You will overview global carrier management
- You will follow and analyze KPI through dashboards
- You will analyze the transport plan changes
- You will work on setting up & improving our internal processes
- You will follow transport litigation with carriers, be the contact point and help on the resolution
- You will ensure the conformity of the customs documentation
- You will monitor and improve the customs data
**Who you are**
- Currently enrolled in a Master degree (in supply chain management or transport/logistics degree)
- Knowledge of global pack office (SQL is a plus)
- Analytical and execution driven mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & French
- Be structured, organized and motivated by a fast paced and ever changing startup environment
- Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
