Customer Advocate
- Listen and consult to identify and quantify customer needs; incorporating your findings in a constantly updated account plan
- Build, map and nurture line of business relationships
- Proactively identify and mitigate business risks for your customer and for Microsoft

Industry focused consultative seller
- Lead your v-team in using digital signals and modern selling to build pipeline
- Inspire and design by facilitating customer envisioning to define, demonstrate and present business value
- Engage Microsoft Services and partners in customer facing sales activity
- Empower and achieve by building business cases/customer success plans and ensure that POCs/MVP/Pilots have measurable outcomes

Deliver Operational Excellence
- Realize value by establishing a rhythm with delivery and support teams
- Build predictability with accurate forecast recommendations for products and milestone commitment levels for consumption

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Advocate
- Always on planning as documented in the planning tool
- YoY improvement in CPE scores for NSAT and Account Team Quality
- Documented customer stakeholder maps
- ESI Plans delivered

Industry focused consultative seller
- Pipeline and consumption/revenue across all Commercial Solution Areas
- IP Cosell and ISD engagement
- Complete training to develop underlying skills such as digital first selling, insightful listening and situational fluency

Deliver Operational Excellence
- Lead a high-performance account team with regular ROB
- Manage opportunity accuracy and hygiene
- Include Unified Support in all solution offers
- Drive on time renewals, increase customer commitment via MACC and mid-term upsell
