Urbasolar is one of the top players and pioneers since 2016 in its domestic market, and acting as a group platform able to provide all the expertise needed in a PV project worldwide.

**Description**

In the context of Urbasolar's international development, we are recruiting a Team Manager Southern Europe, he will be responsible for developing the engineering team, methods, and processes applicable to projects in his/her region: Spain and Italy.

Your main missions will be:
**Engineering development for pV projects in Southern Europe**
- Propose an engineering methodology adapted to PV projects in Southern Europe and develop the appropriate processes for in particular:

- Identifying both the standards in force and local engineering practices
- Defining quality procedures, in line with current standards
- Improving market knowledge
- Developing technical deliverables and in particular defining CAD toolkits suitable for project engineering in Southern Europe.
- Participate in the creation of the engineering team
- Contribute to the identification, selection and evaluation of external engineering service providers in Northern Europe

**COORDINATING STUDIES for pV projects in Southern Europe**
- Recording requests for studies, across all technologies, for projects in Southern Europe using the appropriate milestones
- Monitoring of the production of technical deliverables at every phase of the project
- Validation of key deliverables
- Rigorous management of project schedules and resources via cross-cutting tools
- Reporting alerts and risks to the Project Engineering Manager
- Harmonization of engineering practices

**Management of engineers and project managers**
- Monitor the efficiency and productivity of the team with relevant indicators in relation to the ISO:9001 Quality standard
- Regular summary reporting to higher-ups and/or to the project teams on the progress of the technical engineering studies
- Follow up on the team's HR matters
- Conduct department meetings (project, method)
- Develop the technical know-how of the design teams

**Profil**

**Training**: Engineer with 3 to 5 years of general education and specialization in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering, or 3 to 5 years of higher education in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering

**Required Experience**: 3 to 5 years in the fields of electricity or construction (Lead Contractor), ideally in connection with solar or power generation, in managerial positions.
