**Team**:
We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. We are remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris and an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. We value excellence, hard work and autonomy.

**Beavr is looking for a talented GTM engineer who will drive deals.**

We currently have 10 members on the Sales team, led by Alexis Prades, (comprising Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Account Executives (AE) and Morane as our Growth Operations), including juniors and seniors, as well as men and women.

We are looking for someone to work as copilot with Morane, to own and optimize Growth engine and processes, ensuring seamless CRM integration, efficient operations, and alignment to support business growth through accurate lead generation.

**We allow occasional remote work; however, the team is recruiting in Paris. Therefore, it is important for the person to be located in the Île-de-France region.**

**Role**:
At Beavr, we are looking for people who like to build, but who’s also ‘hands-on’. Your missions:

- Own the whole **lead generation process to target ICP-fit leads**
- Define and execute a data-driven **outbound approach** to target ICP leads, for short-term needs as well as long-term needs
- Build, own and improve the entire **data enrichment** strategy to feed our revenue team with qualitative leads as we look to expand our TAM. You will also improve our current lead database
- Implement and maintain **tracking mechanisms** for **intent** **signals** across high-value accounts, utilizing data insights to inform engagement strategies.
- Develop **lead allocation** processes to ensure optimal distribution of leads to sales reps and automated campaigns.
- ** Tech stack management** : Manage, integrate, and optimize key revenue tools (Clay or Cargo) as well as ensure good integration with our stack and any other tools we might add along the way.
- Intent tracker: Userled, Koala, etc.
- Outreach solution: Lemlist, Outreach or Salesloft.
- CRM: Hubspot
- Revenue Intelligence: Modjo

Identify new tools or improvements to boost efficiency.
- ** Cross-functional work** with marketing, partnership and sales to improve lead acquisition, enrichment, and conversion and more importantly inclusion of their needs.
- ** Track performance of your initiatives**: Build and manage dashboards to monitor the success of your initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- ** Hard skills**
- Proven experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Technical knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks, revenue orchestration tools (e.g., Cargo, Clay, other lead gen tools), and intent data tracking platforms, as well as API configuration, workflows design (make, n8n) and coding languages. If you’re curious to always learn more from what’s new on the market, that’s great
- Proficiency with data bases is a must have, you’ll play with them at a large scale at some point, any other language is a plus
- Business & sales mindset, you’ll be working with them on a daily basis

- Hands-on mindset, you’re not afraid to do things manually and dig into granular details to deeply understand your scope
- Ability to test things, experiment quickly as well as design scaling systems when they prove to be working
- High level of autonomy - you’ll have free hands to perform your job, and to collaborate with everyone to do it well
