You will be part of the Benelux “Industrial Merchant” entity based in Brussels, in charge of producing & delivering industrial gases to customers in a wide range of industries, such as Manufacturing, Food & Pharma, Research & Analysis as well as Entrepreneurs & Professionals.

The team in which you will work consists of about 40 people, located in various cities in Belgium and in the Netherlands.

They are in charge of the Customer Services activities for the 3 regions of the Benelux.

Our mission is to improve customer satisfaction & customer experience through simplification and digitalization of all interactions, making room for more personalized and higher value added interactions leading to customer intimacy.

**Missions and Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for leading and/or participating in several internal & transversal projects, in a spirit of simplification & digitization. The scope will be Customer Services (CS) and Customer Experience (CX).

Participate in and lead internal & transversal projects, in order to deliver them on time/on budget/with the expected quality & outcome

You will contribute to this mission by
- Formalizing the necessary project documentation (scope, planning, budget,...)
- Coordinating the work of the project team members
- Organizing regular project steering committees to:

- communicate project progress to the various stakeholders
- formulate recommendations and get decisions
- ask for support if needed
- validate Gate passages (if applicable)
- Follow-up management of change

**Position based in Brussels, Belgium for a period of 24 months.**
