JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS*

As part of the strong evolution of our group and the importance of promoting our products and offers to develop our sales, we are recruiting a **Product Marketing Manager **in charge of the launch of our products, the development of our new offers and the definition of associated launch strategies (including a growing digital marketing component).

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing & Product Sales, you will be part of a Marketing and Communication department of 7 people and work in a very international environment. As a key interface with our international sales forces (US, Asia, Europe) and our production teams, you will act as a virtual leader, influencing the different functions of the group.

Operational marketing: *

Managing product launches according to the launch schedule
- Define and write the associated content
- Coordinating and pacing the various stages of the launches in conjunction with the relevant teams (production, sales, public relations, communication)
- Be constantly on the lookout for innovative digital tools in order to continuously improve our promotional tools
- Interact with the communication, events and PR teams to find the best means and channels for product launches
- Monitoring and developing KPIs associated with product launches and product life cycles.

Strategic Marketing: *

Analyze the product offering of key competitors and associated launch strategies
- Monitoring and steering the product line in your scope to support the sales force and generate new leads
- Participate in new product offerings and related go-to-market strategies.
- Develop the corresponding 4P plan

Participate in various cross-functional projects (website, SEO, events...).*

Requirements*
- Master Degree in marketing or in a technical field (ideally in electronics/microelectronics),
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing/operational marketing in BtoB with a strong digital dimension and in an international context.
- Experience in industrial/high-tech/technical environments
- Agility, proactivity and leadership.
