**Vestiaire Collective is looking for a People Operations specialist (H/F/D) based in Paris, to join our amazing People team.**

**About the role \uD83D\uDDA5️**:

- You will be part of the People team which is responsible for the care of our employees : from the onboarding until their offboarding. This is a full-time role reporting to the People and HR Operations manager.

**What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C**:

- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process for Vestiaire employees ;
- Work closely with HRBP’s for any changes during the employee lifecycle ;
- Be responsible for all administration and documentation of internal HR processes such as performance cycles and company wide contract changes;
- Manage visa requests and renewals for international employees;
- Absence management for different leave types;
- Preparation of payroll variables and assistance to payroll team throughout cycle;
- Utilise HRIS to keep employee data up to date and accurate.

**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years experience in HR Operations or People Ops roles in a fast paced environment
- You have a good knowledge of french labor law & people administration processes
- You are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate most effectively with different stakeholders
- You have a positive attitude and have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- You are a confident team player with the ability to work autonomously And as we are a French born international company you are fluent in both English and French
- You have sound judgement, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
- You are deeply engaged in Vestiaire Collective’s mission and values and deeply care to provide an excellent employee experience
