In-force Administration Analyst Over time, SCOR has significantly expanded its footprint in various markets, building up large in-force portfolios which represent a significant portion of SCOR's profits and value. An enhanced approach to in-force management has potential for substantial value creation and better value proposition to clients. As such, the Omega Life Competency Center is meant to develop and promote a structured, more intentional and impactful in-force management approach utilising and sharing our expertise and best practices. In this contex, the team seeks to reinforce its capacity to support the initiative, build global capabilities, and is searching for an "In-force Administration Analyst". You have a strong expertise in administration /operations and technical accounting in the Life & Health insurance/ reinsurance industry. You will report directly to the head of Omega Life Competency Center. The Omega Competency Center is a Scor Life & Health global function, acting as the Product Owner of OMEGA 2, which is SCOR main platform for treaty administration and technical sub ledger. **Responsibilities** **Key duties and responsibilities** As an operations specialist, your role is to: - Support global and local teams in implementing in force monitoring processes including frequency and governance, KPIs, Guidelines & controls, Granularity/Segmentation, etc - In coordination with local stakeholders, actively work on process improvement / harmonization / automation in the above areas (including but limited to): - Treaty wording signing and monitoring - Client data collection, administration and validation - Treaty Administration / Technical accounting controls and processes - Other operations management (including Technical Settlement & Retrocessions) - Supporting the Head of the team to establish strong standards or identify best practices and support global and local teams in their implementation and change management. - Supporting the Head of the team to develop awareness across the organization by identifying and disseminating knowledge, best practices and experiences and by providing guidance and training to relevant teams. - Become an active member of the Treaty Administration / in force Management communities and maintain strong relationships within those communities. **Qualifications** **Required experience & competencies** **Experience**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration / operations in the insurance / reinsurance industry or as a consultant / Auditor working in insurance / reinsurance industry - Preferred: - Experience with Agile methodology **Personal Competencies**: You were able to acquire the following skills: - knowledge on Life (re)insurance treaty administration - Strong analysis and synthesis capabilities - Capacity to handle several activities simultaneously, managing priorities and criticality - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills - Ability to understand both business and technology drivers and challenges Your role requires very good oral and written English skills. **Soft skills**: - Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment - Familiar with agile methodology for projects and business as usual activities - Collaborative and team spirit - Conscientious, well-organized, reliable with deadlines, efficient - Curious and autonomous **About Us** Working at SCOR means engaging with some of the best minds in the industry - actuaries, data scientists, underwriters, risk modelers, engineers, and many others - as we work together to find solutions to pressing challenges facing societies.
