GANNI is looking for a Wholesale Area Manager to join our global wholesale team

In this role, you will play a key part in elevating GANNI’s brand presence across the EMEA region by nurturing strategic wholesale relationships and ensuring strong commercial performance. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver aligned seasonal assortments, grow category performance, and ensure we meet our sell-through and brand elevation goals.

This is a dynamic role that blends commercial strategy, market insight, and operational excellence — and we’re looking for someone ready to own it.

**YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU**
As Wholesale Area Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strong partnerships across select regions within the EMEA. Your role will focus on driving sales, expanding product categories, and ensuring seamless alignment between GANNI and our wholesale partners — all in line with our global wholesale strategy.

**Responsibilities ahead of you**:

- Deliver commercial success in the EMEA region by managing key accounts, supporting agents, and ensuring consistent alignment with GANNI’s brand and elevation strategy.
- Grow category performance with a focus on Shoes, Bags, and overall AOV (average order value) and sell-through.
- Lead in-season management, including swaps, reorders, and performance analysis, identifying key opportunities for growth.
- Prepare for and lead showroom appointments during seasonal sales campaigns, including order follow-up, assortment building, and OTB negotiations.
- Monitor sell-through and regional performance, and contribute to regional data reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure timely and aligned execution.
- Coordinate with external partners and agents to ensure smooth order flow, reporting, and account management.
- Participate in prospecting and onboarding of new partners to strengthen GANNI’s wholesale network across EMEA.
- Provide structured feedback to HQ based on collection performance and market trends.
- Support the implementation of reporting tools and wholesale best practices across the region.

**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**

We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and international environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international wholesale (fashion/apparel).
- Solid understanding of retail math, including sell-through, mark-up, and OTB planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience building client relationships and managing seasonal sales campaigns.
- Experience in presenting collections and negotiating orders in showroom settings.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with order management systems like Joor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across EMEA for client meetings and market visits.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

**WHAT ELSE?**
You will be based in our Paris office, but regular travel across the EMEA region will be required as part of the role.
