- Description**Contexte**:
LAZARD, leader mondial indépendant en conseil en fusions-acquisitions (M&A), intervient sur tous types de transactions pour le compte de clients prestigieux (industriels et de fonds de Private Equity) en France et dans le monde entier. La Banque propose une gamme complète de conseils incluant entre autres:

- Fusions & Acquisitions
- Cessions d'actifs
- Restructurations du capital
- Partenariats stratégiques
- Conseils financiers d'ordre général

**Stage proposé**:
Au sein de l’équipe Immobilier du bureau de Paris, nous proposons un stage d'analyste junior combinant les aspects M&A et immobiliers qui vous permettra de mettre en pratique et d'approfondir vos connaissances financières en contribuant à la réalisation de:

- Modèles financiers
- Analyses boursières et stratégiques
- Recherches sectorielles
- Études de marché
- Valorisation d’actifs immobiliers, etc.

Durant votre stage, vous aurez l’opportunité d’élaborer des présentations de marketing, d’entrer en contact avec des clients, de participer à différentes phases d’une mission (commercial, analyse stratégique, amorçage/réalisation de la transaction), etc.

Possibilité d’embauche à la suite du stage.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes:

- Etudiant(e) en dernière année ou en deuxième partie de césure d’une Grande Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingénieur ou en Master 2 avec une dominante Finance d’Entreprise/Ingénierie financière
- Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience de stage dans le domaine financier (banque d’affaires, fonds d’investissement, audit, direction financière, banque )
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Vous parlez un anglais courant

**Compétences nécessaires**:

- Compétences en finance d’entreprise (analyste financière, valorisation, modélisation financière)
- Compétences en analyse sectorielle et stratégique (analyse de marché, concurrence...)
- Connaissance des bases de données

**Durée et processus**:
Le stage débutera **en** mars 2025** une période de 6 mois (stage à plein temps) et doit impérativement être conventionné.

Le processus de sélection comprend une présélection sur dossier ainsi que plusieurs entretiens individuels.
