Our Lyon-based facility specializes in the design, manufacture and maintenance of high-performance nuclear and cryogenic valves. (300 employees, €70m sales). We equip all French nuclear reactors and are present in over 350 nuclear reactors worldwide. As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Functional Support Administrator (M/F).

**Missions**:
Reporting to the Information Systems Department and working as part of a team of around ten people, you will support users in their day-to-day use of the information system.

In this context, your tasks include the following:

- Provide functional support to users: handle and follow up their requests, diagnose malfunctions and make the necessary corrections.
- Supporting users on the information system: providing them with the hardware and software they need to use their workstations, training them (creating appropriate support materials and tutorials, running events, etc.).
- Ensure proper configuration of systems and keep abreast of software developments.

**Technical knowledge**:

- Windows environment (10 and above), rights management
- Office automation (Microsoft Office, PDF )
- SQL
- Smartphones: Android / iOS
- Video creation / editing software

**Profile**:
Trained to Bac+2 in IT, you have at least 2 years’ experience in an IT support environment and your English is technical.

You have a good knowledge of IT security rules and more specifically of information systems.

Responsiveness, analytical skills and good interpersonal skills are essential assets for success in this position, which requires a strong sense of service to respond to the internal requests of our employees.
