**Online Key Account Manager (H/F)**

Estée Lauder Companies est à la recherche d’un **Online Key Account Manager.**

Directement rattaché à la **Directrice Grands Comptes** ce dernier aura pour missions de:
**Identifier des opportunités de développement de chiffres d’affaires sur le secteur des pure players et e-pharmacie.**
- Etude de marché des clients non/peu couverts à date.
- Construction de la stratégie commerciale/lancement de ces nouveaux clients/marchés.
- Compréhension de leur profil consommateurs pour adapter le portefeuille de marques à positionner.
- Construction et formalisation contractuelle des partenariats.
- Placement des commandes nouveautés.

**Gestion Grand Compte Enseignes (acteur pure player majeur) en collaboration avec les marques**.
- Développement de la relation commerciale avec les responsable achats/marketing.
- Pilotage de la réalisation des objectifs.
- Coordination des lancements produits des marques chez les clients (espace marque, fiches produits).
- Construction et négociation de l’ensemble des plans d’actions activables pour le site (animation on site, search, sampling, CRM, réseaux sociaux ).
- Suivi de l’assortiment : identification des opportunités d’élargissement (catalogue, édition limitées, coffrets).
- Suivi du respect de l’image de nos marques sur les sites des e-retailers agréés avec remonté et suivi des bugs éventuels avec le client.

**Reporting et analyse des performances.**
- Suivi des sell-out et analyse des résultats, bilans mensuels, relevés de visibilités.
- Veille concurrentielle e-retailers.

**Qualifications** Profil**:

- Titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures (bac + 4/5), vous justifiez d’au moins une expérience commerciale associée à du e-commerce/digital.
- La connaissance du marché de la beauté sélective et/ou pharmacie serait un plus.
- Vous être rigoureux(se), autonome, organisé(e) et polyvalent(e).
- Orienté(e) business, vous êtes sensible à l’univers des cosmétiques et possédez une bonne culture générale du digital.
- Doté(e) d’un réel sens de l’initiative et d’un excellent relationnel, vous aimez la gestion de projet et vous êtes orienté(e) client.
- Maitrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit, outils excel et power point.
