Close to its clients, professionals, or prescribers, **Peintures de Paris** is looking for its **Sales Assistant M/W** based near Rueil Malmaison. In direct contact with the Director, the Operations Manager, sales managers, sales representatives, and agencies, you ensure the administrative and commercial follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Assistance:

- Tender management Administrations and communities
- Organization of commercial and technical operations
- Organization of service meetings and business events
- Management of customer gifts (receptions, shipments, discount tracking) and personalized rates
- Creation of information books (prices, scale, etc.)
- Centralization and distribution of brand documents and commercial information
- Can assist management on the formalization of site recommendations.

Administrative Supports:

- Validation of assets, invoice adjustment
- Management of leave & illness in your area
- Managing regional expense reports
- Centralization of supply orders, incoming material preparations

**Qualifications**
- A diploma Bac +2/5 with management and or sales or marketing specialization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- With good interpersonal skills, your business acumen, autonomy, and ability to work with a team spirit while respecting confidentiality are essential to succeed in this role.
- Speaking French fluently is required.
- Dynamic and engaged, you enjoy acting with curiosity, analysis, and versatility.
- Very good IT skills - Pack Office.
- We expect you to be self-starter, have a good sense of organization and manage priorities.

**This position offers opportunities to evolve within the group towards Back office or Sales functions (sedentary or field) according to your aspirations.**
