Management of insourced Contractor’s personnel;
- Management of absences;
- Instruction of Task Plans;
- Review of technical documentation produced;
- Review of timesheets;
- Preparation/review of Monthly Progress Reports of Contractor’s personnel;
- Performance of other managerial activities;
- Preparation of missions for Contractor’s personnel;
- Control of deviations and/or nonconformities;
- Management of behavioral issues of Contractor’s personnel;
- Assessment of the evolution of the tasks;
- Appraisal of Contractor’s personnel;
- Provide all contract management plans;
- Ensure the timely delivery of documentation;
- Ensure meeting the contractual deadlines;
- Assessment of any contract risk opportunities;
- Provide the progress reporting;
- Organization of required meetings (technical, review, ad hoc ).
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience;
- Good knowledge of complete business winning lifecycle, including capture, qualification and developing capture plans and win strategies;
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize multiple, simultaneous activities;
- Excellent communication skills with strong planning and delivery orientation;
- Commercial / financial / business acumen;
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and work cooperatively with others to achieve goals;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
