In order to strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support and report to our Sales Enablement Manager.

Our strategy is based on 3 pillars:
**Process and method**
- To support the creation and optimisation of sales processes throughout the sales cycle and in the execution of these processes.
- To create the content and support that will enable the delivery of these processes to the French and international teams

**Knowledge**
- Be a support in the implementation of a continuous learning system
- Ensure the proper structure, organisation and accessibility of the Deepki knowledge base

**Training**
- Participate in the creation of a training calendar on different themes for the French and international teams
- Support the implementation of these training sessions by being a force of proposal on the formats and content

**To meet this challenge you will need**:

- A good knowledge of sales: - sales cycle, CRM, value selling - are essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (you will be required to speak in front of large groups of sales people, you must be comfortable in public)
- A very good level of English: you will be required to speak in front of our international teams
- An analytical mind to analyse sales speeches or processes, you will need to be able to spot possible optimisations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
