Sales and logistic’s Coordinator Luxembourg

**YOUR MAIN TASKS are the following**:

- Customers relationship at the front desk and on the phone
- Order entry and products purchase for products we are buying
- Transport organization to pick up goods at suppliers
- Make sure customers will be delivered on time
- Price database management (intercompany, supplier’s prices)
- Customers and products database management

**Your Main activities**

Order entry and additional sales to customers:
Customer’s management at the front desk and on the phone
Order management
Additional sales to customer
Price controlling
Working with sales team
Invoices and deliveries control

Stock management:
Stock availability check
For all products provided to suppliers (internal or external), ensure purchase has been received by supplier with right date of delivery, order truck to collect goods and inform customers about date of delivery
Database management:
Price database management in collaboration with pricing and finance department (intercompany prices and purchases prices for external supplier)
Customer and product databases management
