Le rôle d’Operations Manager est un poste clé pour Uber Eats et vous fera combiner chaque jour de nombreuses compétences : gestion de projets, création et automatisation de process, analyse avancée de données, interactions quotidiennes avec nos équipes Product à New York et San Francisco ainsi que notre équipe de City Managers sillonnant la France pour être au contact des coursiers sur le terrain.
- ** Création de process et d’outils **:être Operations Manager chez Uber Eats, c’est avant tout construire des process et des outils à destination des coursiers partenaires et des équipes sur le terrain. Par exemple, vous pourrez être amené à automatiser des campagnes marketing pour les coursiers, construire de nouvelles règles pour lutter contre la fraude, développer de nouveaux partenariats (équipements, sécurité routière ), optimiser les étapes d’inscription des coursiers ou encore créer un système d’identification des problèmes de livraisons et trouver des solutions scalables pour y remédier.
- ** Gestion de projets **:l’Operations Manager gère ses projets depuis leur définition initiale jusqu’à la fin de leur implémentation, et est responsable de fixer et suivre ses propres KPIs. Vous serez ainsi amené à interagir avec un grand nombre d’équipes en France et à travers le monde et à vous assurer de leur alignement afin d’assurer l’exécution la plus rapide tout en maintenant les standards d’Uber en matière d’excellence opérationnelle.
- ** Analyse de données**: Uber ne serait pas Uber sans un accès quasi-illimité à la data. Vous serez amené à construire de façon autonome vos propres analyses et dashboards pour mesurer le succès de vos projets.
- Basic Qualifications
Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience idéalement en startup, conseil ou finance.**:

- ** Vous parlez couramment français et anglais** car les interactions avec d’autres membres des équipes Uber Eats à l’étranger sont quotidiennes.
- ** Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres : la maitrise de SQL est un plus **:

- Vous aimez construire et optimiser des process rigoureux, et les concepts d’excellence opérationnelle et de _scalabilité_ vous attirent.
- Vous aimez évoluer dans un univers changeant très rapidement.
La maitrise de SQL est un plus, mais pas un pré-requis.
