**Events Assistant Intern**:
Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

As part of a 6-month end-of-studies internship:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of all global MM and MM6 events, runway shows, in-store events, lookbook & photoshoots production, films, internal events, assist in the process implementation, high caliber execution and reporting
- Assist on event/ film/photoshoot production on site & on location
- Support on special projects : VIC gifts, exhibitions or similar

**Missions**
- Coordinate & support internal or external production partner in planning of events details including but not limited to:

- Venue
- Catering
- Casting and models
- Photographer
- Talents
- Equipment rentals
- Services
- Ensure that relevant event details, call sheets and plannings are properly edited and shared with the involved internal and external teams
- Ensure that all necessary logistics are confirmed in a timely manner for each event
- Liaise inter-departmental at Maison Margiela with teams including legal, studio, VM, Retail, CRM and international MM offices
- Manage event recap process including overview, spend, ROI, and event pictures
- Stay up to date on industry trends and luxury competitor events, sponsorships, fashion shows and client experiences

**_Required profile :_**
- _End of study internship, Master 2_
- _School of communication, business school_
- _Experience in the luxury goods industry essential_
- _Fluent in French and English, written and spoken_
- _Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, team player_
- _Mastery of the office pack_
