**About the position**:
Within our team (100% remote across France and NL), you will hold the position of Sales Executive Europe & Partnerships. Your commercial talents will accompany us in the development of the startup. Our business development objectives are ambitious and we need you to succeed in this daring challenge.

You will work under the responsibility of the CEO and achieve your own sales targets.

Your strong communication and listening skills will enable you to cultivate a privileged relationship with your customers from the first contact to the final integration of the solution within their company. You will participate in the development and operationalization of the

sales strategy, the qualification of prospects, the response to prospects and the negotiations.

You will be required to travel.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will be:
Sales Management:

- Develop and execute sales and Go to Market strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory in Europe.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, and close deals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of the company's products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Structure the business with the implementation of sales and business development processes

Partnership Development:

- Identify and evaluate potential strategic (business and technical) partnerships, alliances, and channel partners to expand the company's market reach.
- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and sales initiatives to maximize exposure and generate leads.
- Monitor partnership performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering industry insights and guidance to drive customer success.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Skills and qualifications:
Adaptable, autonomous and curious, you are keen to achieve ambitious objectives in the dynamic and evolving context of the launch of a new market-leading service.

You have good experience in B2B sales (prospecting, understanding needs, negotiation, closing and follow-up), as well as a good knowledge of logistics and its regulatory context.
- 3/5 years of higher education in commerce or logistic
- 5 years demonstrated experience as a B2B sales executive
- Experience In a SaaS company
- Strong transport and logistics market knowledge and network
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic and used to working in a team
- Strong interest in new technologies
- Fluent in English and French
