**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following
- Pilot and lead complex or sensitive projects in matrix organization with cross functional teams (development, purchasing, quality, finance, manufacturing, sales and marketing) from different countries
- Accountable for product specification compliance, related manufacturing process availability both internally and externally with supplier, time to market, cost control and value creation delivery
- Ensure good communication between all project team members
- Responsible for all the reports regarding the projects (weekly report, milestones)
- Implement pro-actively together with the project team corrective actions in case of deviations regarding deadlines, quality, costs

**Background & Skills**:

- An academic degree in business or technology (or equivalent) combined with 5+ years of experience in matrix project management is required
- The ability to run a global, complex projects across multiple functions and countries
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect the deliverables of the project to business and strategic goals
- Good English and French communication skills
