**À propos du poste**
En tant que Support & Deployment Engineer/Specialist chez Milvue, votre rôle principal sera d’assurer le déploiement technique et le support continu de la solution Milvue. Vous serez en charge de l’intégration dans les workflows des clients, qu’ils soient hébergés dans le cloud ou en local (on-premise), ainsi que du déploiement d’APIs avec des partenaires internationaux. Votre mission inclut également la supervision des performances, la gestion efficace des incidents, l’optimisation des outils et procédures, et un service client de haute qualité.
**Missions principales**:
- Réaliser le déploiement technique de la solution Milvue, incluant les intégrations réseau, DICOM et HL7, ainsi que les tests de workflow de bout en bout
- Gérer les déploiements d’API avec des partenaires internationaux
- Résoudre les incidents et les tickets clients rapidement, en assurant un suivi de qualité
- Surveiller et maintenir la performance et la stabilité des solutions déployées à l’aide d’outils dédiés
- Contribuer au développement et à l’optimisation des outils de déploiement et de supervision
- Améliorer et maintenir les procédures et indicateurs liés à l’installation et au suivi des incidents
**Profil recherché**:
- Diplôme en ingénierie, informatique, IT ou santé numérique (BAC+2 à BAC+5)
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
- La connaissance d’une autre langue (allemand, espagnol) serait un plus
- Bonnes connaissances de Linux, Docker, réseau infrastructure et langages de script (Bash, Python)
- Notions des standards DICOM et HL7, d’architectures cloud (Azure), d’outils d’automatisation (Terraform/Ansible) et en imagerie médicale appréciées
- Compétences en gestion de projet et en relation client
- Qualités humaines : bon communicant, proactif-ve, rigoureux-se, curieux-se, orienté-e solution
