You join the Compliance Banking Equity team as a Senior Compliance Officer Advisory - IB / SECM. This team ensures compliance coverage of the Advisory & Coverage, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Equity Capital Markets and Special Affairs / Restructuring activities.

Your daily duties include:

- Analyze and monitor sensitive operations and review transaction documentation (NDA, mandates, etc.);
- Assist and advise the business lines on a daily basis in implementing regulatory provisions and internal procedures;
- In close collaboration with the Global Control Room and Front Office:

- Ensure completeness and relevance of recording sensitive transactions in the COI and insider list maintenance system;
- Identify and manage potential or actual situations of transactional conflicts of interest;
- Contribute to the drafting of opinions for various committees (investment committees, internal approval committees) and also contribute to the drafting of notices in connection with the launch of new products or activities;
- Develop, conduct and participate in compliance training for business line employees (regulatory training, new arrivals, professional card);
- Participate in the review and drafting of policies and procedures applicable to the business lines concerned.

As a senior compliance officer, you also support the business lines in setting up the first level effective control system. You also contribute to maintaining the mapping of non-compliance risks, reviewing second-level control results and defining action plans.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

As a senior in law, compliance or finance, you have significant experience as a Compliance Officer Advisory.

You are familiar with:

- The activities of an investment bank;
- Capital markets financial transactions, including Equity Capital Markets and derivatives;
- French and European financial regulations applicable to these activities, as well as the banking and financial sector (MIFID II, MAR);
- The usual office tools.

You have an excellent relational skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Able to confidentially process sensitive information;
- Rigorous, methodical and adaptable;
- Independent and team player.

You master English with a C1 level.
